Printed programs will not be available.
Please arrive 20 minutes early for your assigned playing time and check in at the registration table to pick up your participation certificate. Bring your music for the judges, with the measures numbered in the margin. Parents with pedal extenders, please install the extender immediately after the previous student has completed their performance, regardless of whether the judge has finished writing comments and called your child’s number (numbers will be assigned on the day of the competition)
Please do not record performances other than your own. No flash photography is permitted and all electronic devices must be silenced.
If you cannot stay to hear the results of your group, plan to have a friend or teacher pick up your comment sheets and/or prizes; no prizes, certificates, or comment sheets will be mailed. All leftover materials will be recycled.
The Winners’ Concerts are on Sunday, December 4th beginning at 2:00 p.m. in the Atrium at Mercer Island Presbyterian Church. Tickets are $10 per person and children under 18 get in for free.
In order to be eligible for Benaroya and King FM opportunities, 1st and 2nd prize winners must perform in the Winners’ Concert Sunday afternoon.
